1. get a VOIP account and phone number from VoicePulse.com
2. sign-up for a free listenhere.com account
3. login to listenhere.com
   • add your listing XML data url for example: http://tenant.com/rawListing.xml.php?propID=
   • add your company greetings, salutations, ...
   • add your VoicePulse account infomation
   • add your VoicePulse phone number
   • call your VoicePulse phone number and test!
   • that's it!
4. create your XML data url on your server for each listing. click here for a live sample. The XML data url for this site is http://tenant.com/rawListing.xml.php?propID= where each "propID" changes the values in the generated XML document. listenhere.com will enter the "propID' that the caller enters into your script to get information on a listing. Below is and example of the generated XML listenhere.com is expecting from your site.

   Note! - The XML data and connect through phone numbers should be well formed! You should avoid abbreviations, acronymns and needless punctuations (ie. /, ;). Additionally, you can't use Illegal Characters.

   The XML document for each listing should provide the following fields:

   • id - unique numeric item ID
   • heading - item heading (read first)
   • body - item description
   • contactname - contact name
   • contactnumber - contact number as ##########
   • contactemail - contact email
   • notifysubject - notify subject (email)
   • notifyurl - listing url on your site
   • notifylevel - 0 - no notify , 2 - send email on call and 3 - send email on all events
   • textmessagesubject - subject line of text message
   • textmessage - body of text message
   • imgurl - item image url
   • faxlistingurl - url for fax option
